About Old College Press

Old College Press was founded by Garon Hart, a 1974 graduate of UGA and a graphic designer living in Roswell, Georgia. The purpose of Old College Press is to publish and market one book, "The University of Georgia: Images and Recollections."


About the photographers

All of the photographs in this book were taken by UGA graduates:

Garon Hart (BFA, Graphic Design, 1974) is the owner of Garon Hart Graphic Design in Roswell, GA, where he and his wife, Candace Kelly Hart, raised their daughter, Elyse.

Doug Fallon (BFA, Graphic Design, 1979) is a graphic designer, photographer, and owner of Fallon Design, Inc. He resides in Roswell, GA, with his wife Peggy, ABJ 1979, and their two children. In his office, he proudly displays the balsa wood pinhole camera constructed in Dr. Robert Nix’s photography class that kindled his passion for photography.

Paul Efland (AB, Anthropology, 1979; MEd, Education, 1980) has worked as a photographer for the Broadcast, Video and Photography unit at the University of Georgia since 1993.

Nancy Evelyn (BFA, Photography, 1984; ABJ, 1986) is the photo editor of the UGA Graduate School Magazine.

Benjamin Haut (BLA, 2008) is a landscape architect from Waycross, Georgia.
