Returns
I believe you will be 100% satisfied, but if you are not, you may return the book within thirty (30) days after the delivery date for a refund. If the book is damaged in shipping, we will replace it and pay for shipping. In either event, please get in touch with us at garon@oldcollegpress.com before proceeding with the return. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of our error.
Domestic Shipping
Shipment processing time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, noon EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Books are shipped by USPS Parcel Select Ground at no charge.
Estimated delivery:
Georgia, 2-3 days
New York, 3-4 days
Chicago, 3-4 days
Los Angeles, 4-5 days
Seattle, 6-7 days
ISSUES
If you are dissatisfied with the book or there are any shipping issues, please get in touch with us at garon@oldcollegpress.com immediately.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If the book is damaged in shipping, we will replace it and pay for shipping. Please get in touch with us at garon@oldcollegpress.com
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address. Old College Press will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible: garon@oldcollegpress.com. We will file a claim with USPS. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
